ameblo.jp: consultation and API integration with a PHP app

We are launching a web site that involves social sharing of sponsored written content (blog posts, articles).\r\n\r\nWe need to add integration with the Japanese social network Ameba ([login to view URL]).\r\n\r\nThe skills and services we require are:\r\n\r\n[A] Consultation\r\n================\r\n- How does this social network work?\r\n- What sharing format is best suited for our purposes?\r\n- What are requirements / limitations for getting the API access?\r\n- Provide detailed descriptions of how we can create the accounts and get the keys we need for API access\r\n\r\n[B] Development\r\n===============\r\n- Develop a PHP class to facilitate the API access\r\n- Features we require:\r\n 1. OAuth login\r\n 2. Post article with an uploaded image and sponsored link\r\n 3. Get general statistics for the user (number of likes, shares, etc.)\r\n- The specifics for each of these would be agreed on during the consultation phase, as they depend on the details of how Ameba works\r\n- Once done, provide the full documentation. Special consideration must be given to:\r\n 1. The class configuration (API keys and secrets etc.)\r\n 2. The kind of information we can get about the user and its meaning (shares? likes? activity?)\r\n- All product (source code, documentation, etc.) must be in English, well formatted and provided fully at the end of the contract\r\n\r\nThis will not involve any frontend work or deeper integration with our app. A simple PHP class satisfying the agreed upon interface will suffice.
