arrange a page [login to view URL] for 20$CAD

the work needs to be done now quickly.

for 20$CAD then can you do this:

1) on the page provided above I want a warning message with this message: "Do you really want to quit this page?" if we click to leave the page.

2) fix the bug of required="required" they dont work in the page warn message for leaving

3) and save null values when clicking on save on the page null values = when we erase all in each field/input-text

are you able to find a solution quickly for that ?
