Automatic import of data from excel into web-form in our

We need to develop an internal software to link data in excel through a web-form. We currently use a CRM platform that enables to personalize the data entries through web-forms in our web account. We talked to the CRM company and they explained that the best way to include the additional data that we want is to create a Php program (bat extension for future editing) that automates the data entry from our excel to the database in our CRM. They suggested it is a very easy process for a php programmer or data programmer. While transferring the information from Excel to the Web-form we would like to include some minor automatic adjustments in the excel, prior to the import. (Automatically eliminate some info from excel during the import process and also adding come text under specific criteria in some cells prior to importing into the web-form. Therefore, familiarity with excel and similar processes will be a plus. The number of cells in excel to be included each time in the web-form is about 75 cells.
