The primary focus of this site is strict LEAD CAPTURE and verification. CORE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Lead Gating: All property details (Seller/Agent info) must be hidden. Unlock System: Buyers must submit a name/mobile validation form to "Unlock" more information. Form Actions: Upon form submission, the system must capture the lead into a CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) or Google Sheets. Post-Submission Redirect: After the form is successfully submitted, the user must be automatically redirected to a specific external chat link (to be provided to the winning bidder) with a pre-filled message including the Property ID.
