Build a backend Dashboard to Upload, Store and View Data

Dashboard: We need to make a dashbaord to upload Photos and Videos in it and the specifications are as follows:
1. It should interact with AWS to store the data
2. Ability to upload data from the backend which will be filtered under different sub sections and categories.
3. There should be an option to create a new section/project under which the media data needs to be uplaoded.
4. It also should have an option to view the files that is Photos and Videos and to download the same.
5. UI design in html will be given by us but the UI should be integrated in such a way that it is Responsive
6. Option to create admin logins for uploading the data from backend.
7. Option to create user login for accessing and downloading the data from frontend.
8. user login at frontend before viewing any data.
Modules: Account/User management Data/Media management. (Bulk and individual).
Section and Category management.
Technology to be used: corePHP
Key Point: Easy to use and loading times should be minimal and should also get percentage uploaded and should interact with AWS without any issue. Multiple file download and upload.
