I am equally good in html, css, javascript, jquery and bootstrap. I will develop you website using CAKEPHP (a php Framework) as back end and Bootstrap as front end. The project brief is good but I would also request if you can put some screens together for all these pages for ADMIN and EMPLOYESS Dashboard so that its more clear to know what module will have what fields. like the projects module will have - title, description, technology require, start date, end date, status etc. Please reply back with more detail for each module in both the panels (Admin, Employess). Hi, I have read your project details. On the Employee dashboard when they signup and reach their dashboard will they chose for any specific training or they can chose any training ?. Also the current projects and available projects what are they for? are they the projects for other employees i guess no other employee can see the projects of any other employees? On admin dashboard admin creates the project are they all the training project for other employees or they are original projects for clients can you please clear me on these points they are bit confusing and needs to be cleared before any thing. As i read system it seems kind of freelancing type website but from the employee's module it seems training site so please clear the concept. I look forward to hearing from you . Thanks
