Build e-commerce website

I wish to redesign my website completely. A new e-commerce website is required which is 100% secured, fast, full of features and as per latest trends. Any platform is OK for me if it fulfils all of my present and future requirements. Inclusive list of my requirements: 1. Easy Backend to manage complete store. (Creation of Variable products, easy price and inventory updation, product creation, coupons, discounts, invoice settings, shipping, taxes, etc...) 2. Need Payment Gateway Integration - Instamojo, Payumoney and PayTM as of now. with all payment gateways at one place. And option to accept card on my website directly for faster checkout. 3. Shipping integration with Vamaship and Fedex. I have API(s) for both. 4. Email and SMS notifications and integration. 5. Custom product creation as my product has multiple variations around 250 variations with different pricing and inventory. 6. easy customer reviews collection system. 7. Product combination feature with different images. 8. one time full catalog upload and settings. 9. COD orders accept after mobile verification via OTP 10. Automatic order status update after dispatching from our office till delivery. 11. Re-order facility. 12. Different pricing structure for different customers. 13. custom redirection of products. (i.e. firstly customer will select few options, then he will be redirected to a specific link as per options selected by him, then customer will do some online processing work and then he will be redirected for payment. Or after making payment, he will be redirected to page where he has to do processing work - This is my major requirement) Above are some of my major requirements. I already have made my ecommerce website my own but that platform has some limited features whose customisation requires quite lot of funds, and as per market trend, I can easily have new website in that amount. I already paid to a person for this work, that person is registered on freelancer, but after taking initial payment from me, not via freelancer site, now he is behaving very unprofessional and not replying to me and not even completing his work as committed. It seems he is fraud person. So I want to save my cost. I have similar two projects. One for me and one for my other customer in same business line. So I will award second project to same person only. But what I need is project completion in time with quality.
