We will upload an invoice file- file format to be provide. File will contain customer details including their phone and date of birth. Customers log in with their phone and date of birth Upon login in, customers validate a themselves eg verify date of birth. its possible that the same primary account holder will have several people in their household/address that has ordered. so we need to account for different (sub users) Customers can verify order details Customers can change address if required Customers digitally sign the order acknowledge this is what they wanted. Customers proceed to check out Proceeding flow will end up on a checkout eg [login to view URL] for the customer to pay. We have a WordPress plugin sprout invoice that works with woo-commerce and gravity forms and ninja forms among others. Feel free to use either. Images of several screenshots from the competition to be provided to the selected provider in bulletin board Sign in> verify date of birth> verify order details> verify shipping address and shipping speed> digitally Sign that order is good to go> Proceed to checkout
