Build a Talent Casting App and a Contest APP

Looking for who can custom build or reprogram existing templates that 1. Talent Casting registration form that shows photo, contact info, social media, resume and upload a video and that the contact information goes directly to email app and a WhatsApp app, for reply automation. 2. An online Contest App that gives points to people for social interactions on social media by way of rules and regulations (these will vary by contest, so the app must be moldable) and gives us a point value for each rule completed which will, in turn, give us a winner for the one with the most points.
