Do you like sports? I run a website that translates a popular Japanese baseball video game (Pro Yakyuu Spirits) to the English language. Right now my website is all HTML but I want to add some database functionality.
I want to start adding players into the site which will list their stats and abilities. For this project I need you to design the interface using PHP/MySQL and when it's completed I will handle all of the data input. I want it too look good & easy to use on mobile platforms as well.
Here is an example of what I'm looking to do except of course it will be in English:

MySQL Version: 5.6.32
PHP version 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1
