build a website and ecommerce platform for large group

Similar to etsy, we want to build a website for people who make hand made crafts or any item to have another platform to sell their products. There will be a main store where there will be categories for each seller to list their products in. The seller will be able to join our program where they will sign up and create their profile with listings of all of their products. For each product that they make they will be able to choose what category the product will be listed in as a group with all of the other seller's products. If someone chooses a particular seller's product they will go to a purchase and more information page about the item. Plus there will be 5 different photos listing other items for sale by that particular seller. There will need to be the ability for each seller to put their own merchant account information so they will be paid directly and payments will not go through us. For this service we will charge a $5 per month fee paid up front for one year. So we will charge each seller a one time fee of $60 upon their joining. Each seller will need a back office that will show them YTD sales, monthly visits for their products. There will need to be a review process for each buyer to review the seller and products. We want a place to highlight up to 5 sellers on the home page that we will decide to place them there. There will need to be places set up for advertising on each side of the pages.
