Build a Wordpress Website For A Wellness Member Program Community -- 2

Be FASH is a wellness member group program under Wellcare Uganda that has been established to help people of all walks of life to be Fit, Aware, Slim and Healthy. Our goals are: • To promote and empower transformation of members health, wellbeing and personal lives using the FASH concept and through club participation, social activities, charity and competition • To specifically encourage increased physical activity through walking, running, cycling and other fitness activities • To promote increased awareness about how healthy we really are • To help members achieve their perfect weight We require a website and web application where members shall be able to sign up, view their information, communicate with each other, participate in activities as well as create and form groups. The members should also be able to have a nice social experience amongst themselves as well as share information within the groups and buy products online via a store. The platform we intend to use for development of our website/web application is WORDPRESS. We chose this because of its functionality and ability to work with several 3rd Party applications that we intend to use on our website. And also for its beautiful themes. The website should be mobile responsive, very attractive and user friendly. This is of paramount importance and no compromise is acceptable here. The whole experience must be very pleasant from the colour theme, the lighting, the font, the layout and the whole user experience. The website we feel is similar in design to what we have in mind is Fitbit, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] We favour simplicity with excellent functionality verses complex and high tech solutions! The following 3rd Party Applications should be integrated into the website and also be able to communicate amongst themselves; For Member Management: S2Member - [login to view URL] For Forums and groups: BBPress - [login to view URL] For Chat: Flyzoo - [login to view URL] Online Store: Shopify - [login to view URL] ( We've already developed our store via shopify) Please Note: We intend to have a single sign in for our website/application. When a person signs in to the website, they should be able to access any of the 3rd party applications without having to sign into each of the apps individually. For example Flyzoo & BBPress should be able to pick the member information from S2Member when a member intends to chat or use the forum. This would be ideal instead of having a member sign in individually when they want to use each of the apps. This is the FIRST PHASE of the project, the mobile responsive website, and we expect it to take 6 weeks from inception to a fully functional and tested prototype. Budget is $500.
