chart appl with indicators c# - open to bidding

We want to develop chart Analysis Application with financial indicators (as default has already given in .NET chart control in VS 2012). We want to attach them with primary chart control (One Main Chart) with their random properties . We want to develop with following features (design and background/Fore color does not matter/required.). 1. Default one main chart series (candlesticks/stock/line etc. i.e. based on four OHLC volues). 2. Max ten chart series(indicators) with splitter mover between each of them. 2. Zooming features (Zoom In/Zoom Out) for all chart control/chart areas displaying. 3. drawing on chart (triangle/square/ellipse/line/arc/crosshair etc). 4. same vertical line to be shown on chart with respective values on side levels (line should be left/right arrow move). 5. we can apply any financial indicators. properties should display. 6. chart can be convert in (1,5,15 minutes/weekly/monthly/yearly). Note: In future chart and financial indicators should run/work with live stock markets. I am attaching my sample application with database (directoy: Data/mdf & ldf files (SQL Server 2012))
