Create a simple Wordpress plugin to exchange data from a custom web component

I think you want to create a plugin which can read data from WP database and show it to the user and when its edited, it saves back in the database. I am not sure: 1- Why you want to use JSON, unless the data comes from some API or something or if its reall required. 2 - I get you on some of the parameters which you have shown, but not all are clear.
