Create Web-based Proxy Tester

Looking to produce a web-based proxy tester that will be hosted on a website. The user should be able to test multiple ip:port:user:pass or ip:port proxies at once to a specific URL. The tester should test if each proxy works and record a ping time. The results should then be outputted to the user and give the user an option to copy only the working proxies from the results.
The proxy tester should use Javascript so that the proxies are tested from their local connection and return correct ping times. However, I would like some elements of the code to be in PHP in order to obfuscate the code so it can simply be stolen from the site - this php could be as simple as when the user presses the 'test' button it goes to a php function which then passes it to the javascript.
I have attached a program based proxy tester as an example of what I want the web-based application to do / look like.
