We have experience of creating the CRM based application that will handle the back end. The database will be handled in the back end and the directory will be in the front end. The director will have the search and filter features. According to the attached document, The members will be able to sign up and sign in and reach at the dashboard containing the bulletin news , links and resources managed by the CRM . The users of CRM will be able to search from the database, (we'll implement fast searches) for the members based on category and some filters to precise the searches. There will be reminder email templates and automatic emails can be set by the admin. Payment information will be manageable by the admin . The admin will also approve the membership based on the information provided by the members. We'll deliver all the source code along with the resources used for the project. MEMBER APPLICATION: Like the business partner application, we have a preliminary workflow that we can use to design the application. Convergent: For both 1 & 2, kindly share the workflow, so we can have a look into it. 3. Provider will deliver to the customer all source code related to the project, databases, materials developed on a royalty free perpetual license. Techie will host the site for 2 years at no cost after completion. The site will be hosted at Microsoft Azure cloud services and can be transferred to the customer at any time. Convergent: Hosting in Azure for 2 years will be made through a separate contract as otherwise it will be very difficult for us to guess the cost which will be associated with traffic, bandwidth as these will be part of core business operations, hence 24* 7 service will be required due to difference in time zone.
