CSV Mysql Import script

I need a simple PHP script that will import a CSV file into my database. This is for price files from different vendors so I can merge them all into a single format that can be uploaded to my POS. I have to be able to remap the columns to match the database format. I have 5-6 different input file layouts that I need to be able to remap. I think what I would like to have is the ability to make a config file for each file type. YML or something like that where I can put the relationships in and easily adjust them. for example: mapping: id= ##Leave the ID column blank or let the database auto increment name=partnumber ## Populate the name Column in the database with the partnumber column in the source file. taxable="true" ##enter the value true in every row that is added or updated price=[3] ## use the third column for price (incase I have a file without headers) Skip_Lines=3 ## Some files have extra junk at the top. So i just need to skip those lines. Has_Headers=true ## wether or not the first row has the names of the columns (If false I would have to use column numbers [3] to remap.) Duplicate_Field=name Etc.... On the front I would just need to select which config file to use (populated from the config folder) and upload multiple files. (all the files would be the same format.) I would also need to be able to set the field that should be checked for duplicates, this would usually be name but I would like to be able to select. When a source row matches a database row it should be updated, Otherwise add a new row.
