Custom programming required for uAutoDealers PHP Script

We will purchase a copy of the software, but will need the following functionality added: 1. Search for “make”, then “model” and then “specification”. The backend shows only “make” and “model”, but not 'specification'. 2. If a person does search for a make and model, the system should only show available vehicles that is available. Meaning, If one searches for an Audi A6 and the system doesn’t have an “A6” listed, the model for “A6” should not be visible. Why would you want to search for something that isn’t even listed on the system? So, if a make or model is not available, it should not be shown on the front-end. 3. Built the function/module that when a vehicle is listed, all the specifications for that specific model will be populated. This of course would need to be populated in the backed, but the functionality for this would be great. 4. Create module that will allow dealerships to list their vehicles on our website, but with an API/module that their vehicles will be listed on their own website as well.
