customise a asap mailer script of phplist

Hi, i have an smtp server, i would like you to create a page using any script of your choice that will connect to my smtp server in order to do bulk mailing the fastest way possible.. if needed to make many connections, then it should do it. I want to be able to send in one click, the same mail 30 000 times to the same address but each time i want the reply-to address to be different. so instead of using a big To list, put a big Reply-to list, and a single to- list as the mails will go 30 000 times to the same address. Also i want you to randomize automatically in Caps and Low strings the addresses pasted in the Reply-to list. you ll have to create something that displays number of emails sent, and i want the mails to go extremely fast. i want the cheapest and fastest solution. i can provide a code in codeigniter that already has that coded but you ll have to find out yourself where the code is. thanks
