Customise Shopify Jewellery Shop - half completed already

Hello, I wish I knew about Shopify Experts a long time ago and am so excited to hopefully find someone who could help me finally finish by webshop. I am not sure what information is required to create “a job” but hope this helps set the scene. Company: Instagram - @woodwardandfoxjewellery. I sell one of kind antique and vintage jewellery pieces. I am trying to launch the web shop in Copenhagen Denmark. Denmark is not big consumers of antique jewellery so I am trying to entice mainstream shoppers into buying antique pieces. Key priorities are therefore having a Webshop which is consistent with the brand and making sure website looks professional and functions properly to build trust in future customers. Brand has an 1920s Art Deco look and focuses on bringing the stories of these antique pieces back to life. Brand colours are Black / Gold and I already have a logo which is based on where the company was launched in Detroit, Michigan. Design needs to be clean, sharp, symmetrical. Current Situation with my Shopify Shop: I purchased a special theme based on a recommendation although I am not sure it is the best fit for my brand and whether functions are fit for purpose. The theme is: Install-me-wokiee-v-1-7-4 This theme seems to be optimised for a drop shipping kind of company. I am a jewellery shop selling one of a kind, luxury jewellery items, so a lot of the functions seem useless to me. The website, using this theme, is about halfway done. I am happy with the “look” of this website although am open to suggestions on how to make it better and more in line with brand. I find the theme very difficult to navigate myself, so hoping an IT person will be able to understand it better than me. I am not attached to this theme so if there is another which is more fit for purpose then I am open to changing. DEtails of what I need has been attached as it wouldnt let me add. it all in this box.
