Customizing a website based on a Wordpress template

I bought and already installed a template for Wordpress with many pages, controls and dozens of features. But I'm not very familiar with all Wordpress settings. And I do not have time to learn. I want to see the website ready quickly. That's why I'm looking for the Master in Wordpress to help me with this setup. I need a Wordpress expert to make all the adjustments for me using the Wordpress control panel. It's not a code programming job. It is a job to adjust using the pages of the template installed. The template is very good. And it has all the documentation and support as well. If you are the master of Wordpress, this job is for you. If you have aesthetic sense, it is good in design, this job is for you. My site will have two versions (the template has this functionality): a version in Portuguese of Brazil and another version in English of the United States. You will not have to do any translation. But you must be ready to deal with the characters of these two languages. I will provide all content texts. The job is to configure the view (which is displayed, as it is displayed) using the template pages. No programming is required. Job quick for who is master of Wordpress. It is not a job for the learners or for the curious (it will take many hours to do what the master does in minutes)...
