Develop MVP Wordpress plugin that displays formatted items from Zotero API

The goal of this project is to create an open source minimal viable product (MVP) that displays bibliographic citations in a list on any Wordpress page. This is to be accomplished by the use of a developed Wordpress shortcode, pulling formatted data from the Zotero API. A correctly-formatted Wordpress plugin, capable of being submitted to [login to view URL] is the deliverable (the hired developer will not need to manage the [login to view URL] submission process).
The developer will be given credit for these contributions (unless the developer would like to remain anonymous). Once the MVP is successfully developed, in the future, a more robust product will be developed (preference will be given hiring the original developer, if the MVP project is successful).
