develop a web cam mask software

Hi everyone! Well am looking for a Window based software for "Web Cam Masking" Features it should have are: 1. It should have the ability of replacing the image of the person using webcam. for instance, if i as an individual come on Web Cam then it should have the ability to change the picture(put as a mask of another person)which i want to replace it [login to view URL] other words, Magic Face changing, suddenly turn into the one selected . This is not a cartoonist mask, but a real face. [login to view URL] should also have the ability to voice pitching, options should be available for lowering the pitch, high pitch and medium pitch as the person want he/she can change the pitch.
