Develop wordpress plugin to sync woo commerce products

Hi , I am looking for freelancer who can develop a wordpress plugin to synchronize content between tow wordpress website triggered on cron job or automatic . Use case : We have main website and test website we post product to test website so whenever post is made of test website product should be pushed to main website also So in user interface i want option to give below a) dm name , host name , db password , db user name b) then connect button c) after connection establish show all database table d) option to map left table( current database ) to sync with remote table basically mapping of current table with remote and adding to to sync process e) cron job to specify what will be duration of sync Also in same plugin i want functionality to import product title mannualy via csv Like say we have a table in sql with name woo_product_title This tabled is filled internally via system with all product title So manually also i want to add more title via csv , txt Payment Terms : No Upfront payment at all Payment will be done as per policy via milestone post verification of work
