This project is 70% complete. The developer who created it was unable to complete it due to the time restraints of his final year in grad school.
This program logs project hours by individual, categorizes hours and totals hours for invoicing. Please see attached images for reference.
Items that still need to be completed are as follows:
-Administrator ability to edit hours and work order information
-User ability to edit prior days hours
-Email/Text Reminders for users to post daily hours
-Add a absent option for users who have not posted
-Email Alert to Administrator that hours are missing
-Invoice Totals for the following (Fabrication & Installation) tab is there function is not.
-Ability to access archived projects
-Hour reports by job category and month
-Troubleshoot issues with Android users
-Hour reports by user
-Have both a desktop and app version
-Ability to avoid issues with duplicate work order numbers from prior years
The Developer has provided a comprehensive data doc (code, firebase, etc.) with all the instruction on how to access all aspects of the project.
