dissect runescape chat application and connect to it with php!

BUDGET: $50 Hello everybody, What I'm looking for is a person with the knowledge to listen to packets from an online game's mobile chat app and recreate or re-establish a connection to it from a php script. The script doesn't have to be entirely neat or anything, I just want you to open the connection, handle incoming data, and be able to send data to the server. The interface that I would need to work would be the "Friends Chat". Again to recap what I want: 1. It needs to connect to the runescape companion server 2. It needs to keep alive so handle pings 3. It needs to use the "friends chat" service 4. It needs to parse friends chat messages 5. It needs to be able to SEND friends chat messages. To anybody who understands SSL/Chat protocols, this should be easy enough for you. I do not know what chat service they use, if they use one at all, however, I do know that they have the chat entirely in the browser which tells me it is a CLIENT <-> SERVER relationship.
