DNS Master server setup/DNSSEC configure

Hello, I can install/configure and secure Webmail/DNS service on your new server and then can configure it to be a Master/Primary server. During this period i can backup/restore all records from your current server. Then after setting up your new master server i can configure your current secondary server with DNSSEC to replicate the zones from its new master. Please note that during this transition, we can keep current (old) master server for a period with updated new server information in order not to cause any DNS propagation issues. I am a available to work on this project right away and can complete the whole work within 1 day. I also can provide tech support as long as you need/want. I would like to ask 1- must i fully copy functionality of current server or something must be changed? 2- as i understand webmin is used to change some configurations. Do You use something else also to configure dns server? 3- must it be configured only bind+dnssec or also some webinterface instead of webmin? Thanks)
