Email body not appearing after SSL (https) implementation

Hi, Before bidding please read & understand the problem correctly. We have a website recently developed in php and we use AWS SES for sending email, if I don't install & configure SSL ( https) then the email coming from the website looks good, but today after implementing SSL certificate the http/s working fine but the email received (after user registration) not showing the email body, the sender & the subject lines are correct, not sure if its problem with CSS or linking of email body in the code. Need fixing this ASAP as the site is live. before bidding please read & understand the problem.
