An existing website needs edits made (instructions provided)

I need edits made to this website: [login to view URL]\r\n\r\nI previously hired (and paid!!) someone to complete these edits for me, but they left the project half way completed. I am in panic mode because I was responsible for getting these edits made by Dec 8, 2015. I am freaking out, and need someone who can help me make these edits right away, and I needs these changes to be completed within the next few hours. Most of the edits are simple, such as changing out graphics (I provide graphics), deleting certain images, making images smaller, centering text, or reorganizing information that is already listed. On one of the website pages, I need a product filter page to be created(instructions provided) which is the only difficult or tedious task that needs to be completed. I have attached the instructions. Essentially, this is a small product and the biggest task will be to create a filter.
