We had a Freelancer create a custom extension a couple of years ago but he's no longer around. Basically what it does is send specific transactional emails for certain products. This is all working no problem, the only issue is now the downloadable products are not getting the links in the emails. They just don't show up. So we need this fixed so the download links are there again. We'd prefer this to work as before using Magento function but if necessary it could be added to the transactional emails. This (may) be a simple fix - we hope so but it's urgent so only bid if you can work on this right away.
