Buscamos programadores freelance para desarrollo de proyectos web (fullstack php) en coordinación con el equipo de desarrollo interno. Entorno PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JavaScript-Ajax. Mobile. Testings. UX. Qué tipo de proyectos : Manejamos un conjunto de proyectos externalizables y que nos gustaría agilizar con colaboradores externos. • Conexiones API-XML con partners • App para movil (híbrida) • Desarrollo de nuevos módulos dentro de nuestra aplicación (front & back) • Bloques de testings automatizados (de usuario, de integración...) • Mejoras de usabilidad sobre aplicación actual Cómo: • metodologías ágiles, orientados a objetivos, por sprints, con compromisos de entrega por ambas partes • inicialmente por proyecto aunque podemos trabajar por horas según el proyecto y el planteamiento • preferimos no usar ningún tipo de framework PHP (ya que internamente no los usamos) • basándonos en la confianza, en la profesionalidad y el trato directo • combinando parte de trabajo in-office si es necesario, mínimamente reuniones de seguimiento y actualización cada 1 ó 2 semanas. Qué perfiles buscamos: • con experiencia demostrable • que les gusten los proyectos que proponemos • que nos puedan aportar feedback para mejoras
