Fully functional WooCommerce Squid Proxy System

Hi, We are Hype Proxies looking for a complete rehaul of our eccomerce system. What we are looking for is a system in which a customer can purchase from our site and be sent instant proxies that configure on the squid server and send multiple subnets in that designated location. We need the system to track customer orders, give us admin access to all proxies/ orders / customers as well as when proxies expire and the ability for customers to renew. We are using WooCommerce so the developer will need to create a module/ that connects to our squid servers. The system will need to auto expire orders depending on which package they choose from (Weekly, Monthly and 24HRpackages) Each customer should be able to login and add an authorized IP address to their package and that should be added to the server and authorize to their own package. We have tried to get this done in the past and we were met with inexperienced developers. Please only bid on this project if you are experienced with Squid Proxy, Linux Cent OS, WooCommerce modules.
