Help build the application in php maker

I'm doing a program for a small company that makes shutters and similar products.

The web application should enable product ordering, bid creation, and work order issuing and monitoring.

Each product has different characteristics that depend on the price of the product (supply).

These characteristics are contained in the order columns.

Each product does not have the same number of characteristics, so the number of columns in the order is variable.

Each feature has an allowed number of values, but for some characteristics values are entered (eg width, height, etc.).

Each product has only some of the total value of a particular property. (e.g., product A can have x and y values from property P, and product B can have x, y, and z values).

I am working on this project with PHP maker 2020.

The goal is to do a 3-level master-detail (product // product-property // value,

and order // order items // order item property // order item property value).

I have lingered on this problem for a long time, I am not able to solve it properly and I am lagging behind.

I'm looking for a developer who has a lot of experience working with phpmaker, who would help me with the hard parts.
