help with indexing and bug removal of an html5 chat script,

I have an html5 chat script, this script contains a number of errors that we would like to have resolved. It concerns the following errors: * Clear chat function, (only available by admin role, and moderators) Cleans the entire chat for all users. This option is already included but does not work correctly, the chat will be cleaned, but when you log in to the chat again, the text will be visible again. * Upload images in the chat .. (There is an option in the chat that you can search and send gif files, but we also want an extra function for uploading images in the chat .. upload images is in the script but does not work, so it will have to be checked. * Text size for the entire chat, in PX. So that every user / chatter can determine how large they want the text in the chat (This option is included but does not work properly.) * A function in the admin panel that can upload your own backgrounds to place your own background in the chat. (This option is already in the chat but this option is incorrectly scripted in the chat script.) * An option in the admin panel that can place your banners anywhere in the chat. (that you can upload an image in the admin panel and decide on which position you want to place the image in the chat) * Place a music shoutcast / Icecast player in the chat. (this option is there, but it is in the wrong place in the chat, so it must be moved) * the posebility to create editable invisible Areas to put html or script in as example for small banner previeuws or placing external small scripts in the chat to which you can place a link. (You should be able to turn this option on or off from the admin panel, so that the customer can choose whether he or she wants to use this option. The banner or link should only be built into the admin panel as a function) These are the main options we would like to have in our chat script. Who can help us to fix the errors and put the extra options in our chat script.
