Hide categories that aren‘ t relevant to vendor from that particular vendor’s dashboard

My website is a niche marketplace or multi-vendor shop. Right now I am using Dokan Lite version and Wordpress. There is no intention, nor resources to change the Docan Lite subscription to a paid one. This is a non-negotiable aspect, so please, when considering bidding for this project make extra sure you will be able to work with this constraint. The vendors on our website can login in with their credentials to their dashboard and upload new products, filter products, manage sales etc. The project objective: Hide categories that aren‘ t relevant to vendor from that particular vendor’s dashboard The product categories on my website are structured in the following way: Category 1: Shop_number1 sub-category1: milk products sub-category2: breads sub-category3: sugar Category 2: Shop_number2 sub-category1: milk products sub-category2: breads sub-category3: sugar Category 3: Shop_number3 sub-category1: gluten –free food sub-category2: sugar The problem: when a vendor is adding new products in their shop through their dashboard (Dashboard -> Products -> Add new product) he sees every category (meaning all the shops available on the website) and all their sub-categories (meaning all the product categories all the vendors sell on our website). Example : If I am shop number 3 (category 3) when I login in to my dashboard and click on the button „Add new product“ I can see also see the categories shop number 1, shop number 2 in my dropdown. The solution: We need to hide all the other categories from the Add New Product feature besides the categories that the admin assigns to the particular vendor Ex: When vendor 3 pushes the Add New Product button, he should only be able to see the Category 3 and its subcategories only (these are admin assigned). He shouldn't see Category 1, 2, 4 etc...
