Infusionsoft Batch Script to import orders and cancel orders

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DETAILS I have an infusionsoft application. I want the ability to import this csv file: [login to view URL] Or we can create our own csv file with this info. 1) I want to be able to import this csv file and for the orders to process and charge the card through a subscription product. 2) This can be done through infusionsoft or a custom script. 3) I also want to import a csv that will cancel the subscription products as well.
