Laravel Forum customization + crypto payments

Hello, i have an existing laravel forum software that needs some further customization. 1. Users can purchase different user levels with cryptocurrencies. no external payment processors, it needs to be confirmed with rpc calls. 2. Users need to be able to like posts. 3. i need an advanced rights managment possibility. at the moment i can only decide between a few options that are hardcoded but i want to be able to add user groups with an interface and manage their rights to post in specific forums. 4. there should be the possibility that users delete their account and the content the user posted on the forum is then assigned to another user called 'deleted_user'. 5. at the moment language variables are hardcoded. i need them to be editable in an php array. 6. the user must be able to choose between a light and a dark theme 7. no javascript must be used to do this job 8. i can provide you with the source code.
