Hallo liebe Freelancer,
wir sind eine kleine Agentur und suchen für ein bestehendes WordPress Projekt einen zuverlässigen Webentwickler, der die Funktionen der Website nach Anforderung erweitert und auch kleine Bugs fixen kann.

# Beschreibung des aktuellen Stands
Bei der Website werden Dokumente und Daten über ein formidable Formular eingesammelt und als Custom Post Type abgelegt. Die Sachbearbeiter der Firma sichten diese Dokumente über ein ACF Interface, fügen Informationen hinzu oder ändern diese. Jeder CPT durchläuft mehrere Status, die jeweils bestimmte Mails triggern, die wiederum in einem anderen CPT angelegt sind und von den Sachbearbeitern der Firma verwaltet werden können.
Zudem gibt es einen selbst gestrickten Export, der Teile dieser Daten und Dokumente zur Weiterverarbeitung exportiert. Die Exporte werden dann von einer externen Stelle geprüft. Ein CSV-Import setzt dann die Status der CPTs als Massenprozess wieder auf das nächste Level. Ab einer bestimmten Stufe werden für die Kunden Gutschriften erstellt, die wiederum in einem Extra CPT abgelegt werden und mit dem Ursprungseintrag verknüpft sind. Dieser Prozess wird je Dokument-CPT jährlich wiederholt und die Statuskette erneut durchgeführt.
Die Kunden der Firma haben einen Mitgliedsbereich in dem Sie ihre Dokumente einsehen und ebenfalls, bearbeiten, verlängern oder aber auch kündigen können. Diese Ausgabe und Bearbeitung ist ebenfalls mit Formidable Forms umgesetzt.
Das und einige weitere Nebenfeatures sind bereits umgesetzt und laufen seit Mitte 2022 Produktiv.
Da uns aus privaten Gründen der vorherige Programmierer verlassen hat, suchen wir jemanden, der in diesen Dingen zu 100 % fit ist und kleine Fehler ausbessern und neue Features entwickeln kann.
# Anforderungen an Dich:
* Du Wohnst und arbeitest in Deutschland
* Mindestens C1 Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, besser Native Speaker.
* Erfahrung mit ClickUp und Slack wäre vorteilhaft.
* Du codest selbst (kein weiteres Outsourcing)
Von August bis Dezember beliefen sich die Aufgaben auf ca. 25h, also in etwa 6h pro Monat.

# Description of the current status
On the website, documents and data are collected using a formidable form and stored as a custom post type. The company's clerks view these documents via an ACF interface, add or change information. Each CPT goes through several statuses, each of which triggers specific mails, which in turn are created in another CPT and can be managed by the company's clerks.
There is also a self-made export that exports parts of this data and documents for further processing. The exports are then checked by an external body. A CSV import then sets the status of the CPTs to the next level as a bulk process. From a certain level, credit notes are created for the customers, which in turn are stored in an extra CPT and linked to the original entry. This process is repeated annually for each document CPT and the status chain is repeated.
The company's customers have a member's area where they can view their documents and also edit, extend or cancel them. This output and processing is also implemented with Formidable Forms.
This and a few other side features have already been implemented and have been running productively since mid-2022.
Since the previous programmer left us for private reasons, we are looking for someone who is 100% fit in these things and can fix small bugs and develop new features.
# Requirements for you:
* You live and work in Germany
* At least C1 language skills in German, better native speaker.
* Experience with ClickUp and Slack would be beneficial.
* You code yourself (no further outsourcing)
From August to December, the tasks amounted to about 25 hours, i.e. about 6 hours per month.
