Hi, The theme you attached is a static theme not a dynamic theme, all content are static, if you want a dynamic theme and able to manage your content you should create a new one with standard code, I will be glad to create a full featured theme where you can easily manage your all content,images,menu item, pages, post everything will be dynamic and easy to use.
