Hi I need to create a program that will replace all 4 of my existing individual programs.
I need an e-commerce platform that links with a Point of Sale program that is used in multiple Brick & Mortar stores for retail sales using our existing Mac hardware. I need a solid CRM in the back end for all my sales team and administration as well as a fully functional ISO certification program that digitally records all our manufacturing and production batch and lot numbers. Constantly recording all the ingredients used in the production of our products. I currently use shopify, it works ok but limits whom I can give access to the back end. We also sell retail and wholesale, so we would need multiple price plans based on customer type, where we also limit the products available to clients based on their client type. I believe ans SQL or similar database needs to be developed so if you are strong in this type of programming, please contact me to further discuss this project. I don't mind if the whole program is cloud based as it would make implementation easier. I would like the POS module to be an app that can be loaded through the Apple store. the rest will be only for our main offices. Strong Reporting, Import and Export functionality a must.
