Membership website with members login and dashboard

Dear Web developer, We are enquiring about your willingness and suitability to take up the project below to be completed within the next 30-40 days. The project will have 2 parts: (I) a general website with page-wise content for mission, vision, about us,.etc. for a not for profit membership organisation with readily editable content, and (II) 4 login protected environments as below; I) A general website where content will be updated as and when required. Wordpress like simplicity required for creating new pages, managing menus, uploading photos, adding/removing menus, widgets, changing font size, styles, colours. The login for a wordpress-like but high security admin for website content, style, blog post, updations. etc. should be available but should be different to the webadmin’s login (below). Some examples are [login to view URL], [login to view URL] AND II) the 4 login protected environments 1. User login: Simple login via OAuth or email to subscribe to social media and blog post alerts, will have a simple dashboard to subscribe for specific keywords to receive only specific posts/updates, unsubscribe or delete account. 2. Submit products: Individuals to create login, these may or may not be ‘users’ or ‘members’ – if they are no need to register with email again can just log in, fill up submission forms and make payment. Read guidelines and licenses, instructions for posting products. etc. 3. Member login: Members to create login (register)/login, then pay via cart (new users) and then access multipurpose member dashboard (account/edit details, Knowledge base, Forum, Partners, Funding, R&D, Celebrate, Questionnaire, Messages, Shopping cart). Details of these sections can be shared with shortlisted vendors. Please note, an important part will be the Questionnaire section where the individual’s answer to questions displayed will determine the next few or whole set of pre-determined questions. Here, the responses of an individual will determine a pre-set final result. 4. Website admin login (not to be displayed on website): change/update Member login and User dashboards’/environments’ layout and advertisements, approve promotional messages sent by members, uploaded content/links, add or remove members/users for violations, upload/remove advertisements, publish temporary notices. etc. Details of these privileges can be shared with shortlisted vendors. Please share examples of similar websites made and demo logins of similar member dashboards (mandatory) if you are willing to quote for the project. Selecting a vendor for this project will be primarily weighed on the experience of the vendor in successfully making the submit product environment and member dashboard as intended. Vendor will be finalised based on past customer references who have similar websites and member/customer dashboards made by the vendor. We would need to access a working environment of this dashboard environment/s to be sure to select the vendor. IMPORTANT: We are already aware of off-the-shelf membership management systems or softwares that can be potentially adopted and used to create the dashboard and other login environments of such a membership website (as proposed for this project).
