Need help with Ongage API using PHP (2 jobs)

We are working with [login to view URL] for email delivery. We need two jobs complete that require use of their API. Please read the requirements below over carefully. 1) Ongage does not have a UI to generate HTML subscription forms, only iframe forms. In one special case, we need to use HTML. Since we are using our own HTML form, we have to add the email address to the database via the API. Here is the API documentation: [login to view URL] You can generate a simple raw form with just a box for email address. I will style it later myself. You can check for a valid email address (with HTML 5 I presume), then create the PHP that adds the user (or ignores it if they are already on the list). Then, the page should redirect to an existing thank you page that we have setup. I will provide the URL later. The form and processing PHP should run within one file. I will later add it to a template in WordPress. 2) For this job, we want to offer the user the option to switch to a "weekly" list if they click the unsubscribe link (precisely how they do it on [login to view URL]). So, we will be adding an unsubscribe URL to all outgoing emails on our regular list. This URL will have their contact ID in the querystring. With the contact ID, you can look up their email address, and drop it in the email address box within the form. See the attached image from UpWorthy. The form has two option buttons... one to switch to "weekly" (i.e. opt in to a different list), and the other to optout of the current list. (I will provide you with the list ids). After submission of the form, you can just redraw the same page and provide a message based on what they chose to do. We will modify the text/styling for those messages later.
