I need a python developer to add some functionality to existing web search engine program

I got a program which take queries from users and save them on database, classify them according to their type for later usage for company(Web Search Engine). I want to modify it which will keep user information and queries anonymous( privacy is core need), and system should be fast and scalable. The information protected should be useful (you can see on code there is classification like "Health, Business" etc. These words will be our key words, when these words got on query they will be handled as important data. There will be 2 option for users which are; with and without advirtesement, so if users select option; stay anonymous(won't share query logs), he will see advirtesement on WSE, if user do not want to stay anonymous and share his query log history with our company, WSE will be without ads. So, there should be small advirtesement database to show ads to 1st type of users no need to be complicated, it can be simple specification. So, most importantly privacy has utmost importance and fast/scalable WSE i need, anonymization is integral part of the project. Commends on code should have explain classes and functions precisely.
