New build full WooCommerce shop with bookings calendar

We are looking for a full build of a new e-commerce website with calendar booking engine. The website should have all the main information pages, home, about, FAQs, plus a gallery, contact form, bookings, a shop and blog. The shop is going to be mainly selling appointments (bookings) and will have a calendar booking engine, from which a client can choose a time and day, and if enough spaces, book it. In time, we want to add some physical products (things we send) too. We prefer WordPress and WooCommerce for the site and it should use the highly rated WooCommerce bookings plugin ([login to view URL]) Please include the plugin licence in your bid. It should have the ability to auto book spaces in the calendar once a customer has paid, and display how many spaces are available to other customers. It should be very high quality website and shop, original work is preferred with high quality graphics. We can supply video and photos, but all the other artwork should be made by you and owned by us after the project is complete. No cookie cutter sites or stock/free WordPress themes, but you can base it on a framework. In addition, please include your costs for SEO work to get the site ranking in the major search engines. It's not too competitive a market, around 3 competitors for the local region where we need to establish the site, so for an expert in SEO a top ranking should not be very hard.
