New drupal 9 module development - youtube video downloader

Objective. user wants to keep copy of youtube videos from specific youtube channel and watch it from the drupal based server where this drupal module is instaled configured. User Actions: Add Channel view Channel videos. Flow: User logs in. If user have permission of module: download videos, share videos Then user can configure following: In Section Menu: Add Video Channel User add: Add Channel name: Altcoin Daily Add Channel url: [login to view URL] Add Channel RSS: [login to view URL] Selection: Publish yes/no (if yes the videos view of the channel of downloaded videos can be shared to public - anonymous users OK Button System check every X minutes if new video is available from the Feed. If new video is available the video will be downloaded to server private file system. Once video is finished downloading, system send user email that video name from channel was downloaded. The videos will be listed in a Predefined View accessible from user profile: e.g Last Videos User can click View Channel. User can configure multiple Chanels not only one.
