Online Blended e-Learning Delivery Platform Design and Deployment A: Expected Process of Enrollment (current and new systems included) 1) WooCommerce shop selection of Course/Program (Current system) 2) Registration details for selected date of Course/Program (Current system: Gravity forms integrated with ActiveCampaign for automated mailing followup) 3) Shopping cart checkout and payment (To be developed: Payment completion triggers inclusion of student in selected Course) 4) Student received automated response on purchase and initial email for course which includes T&C, Rules of Engagement, program outline, etc. (Current system: WooCommerce + ActiveCampaign. To be developed in e-Learning platform) 5) Student receives scheduled reminder before start of course (Current system: ActiveCampaig. To be developed in e-Learning platform) 6) Day 1 of Course/Program: All students receive access to Week 1 e-Learning content (To be developed in e-Learning platform) B: Course/program Outline 1) A time based program with a class of students (from 4 to 8 weeks depending on program) 2) Course content served over email and video on weekly basis, students will self read and view video. Approximately 35mins of videos in total. 3) Daily uploads by students on their homework in the form of videos, pictures and writing 4) Weekly instructor mentoring sessions for selected students (who signed up for additional instructor led component) 5) Students are able to see each others homework uploads and comment/like (similar to facebook group structure) 6) Able to track student uploads by day (percentage of total uploads as criteria to pass the program. Example: Minimum 45 out of 63 days with video uploads) C: System Requirements 1) Time to market (1 month) 2) Fully automated system from Student purchase in WooCommerce to Course completion in e-Learning platform 3) Develop the architecture required to deliver the program. Can be a combination of platforms with minimal development and integration. Example: [login to view URL] OR other e-Learning platforms 4) Develop the integrations between current systems in place. WooCommerce+Gravity Forms -> ActiveCampaign -> e-Learning Platform -> WooCommerce (update completion status,WooCommerce as central management platform) D: Other Requirements 1) Privacy and rights of video content is reserved (IE: Youtube is not acceptable) Summary: As stated in requirement C3 above, this is not a fully customised e-Learning solution but rather putting together the current Sales (WooCommerce) and Email Automation (ActiveCampaign) platforms with the proposed e-Learning platform and developing the required integrations to fully automate the process from sales to delivery.
