osTickets Customization

Project Completion Due Date: Under 14 days from award date. Please see milestone deadlines below. Basic Description: Full responsible customization of osTicket HelpDesk using bootstrap and includes the customization of the customer and admin interfaces. Here are the changes to the look and design of the site: 1. Branded to have a look and feel to complement and match the company website www.commissionaires.bc.ca. 2. Fully responsive for use with desktop, iPad, iPhone, and Android phones. 3. Main custom homepage to be branded as mentioned in item 1 above, but have the layout and functions as this page ([login to view URL]). 4. Ticket view to be branded as mentioned in 1 above, but look like the ticket view page image here ([login to view URL]). 5. Open ticket to be branded as mentioned in 1 above, but look like the open ticket page image here ([login to view URL]). 6. A colour differentiator (red, orange, green) for priority of tickets. 7. In the customization, some of the words changed to a different word. 8. One of the forms to have a three columns of questions (date, number, names). Payments and Milestones: The following milestones will be created and awarded. Since the project is small, two milestones will be created, 50% paid when the project is 50% complete, and the remaining 50% paid when the template is fully working on our web host. No milestone will be created at the beginning of the project. One will be created at the 50% mark so the remaining amount is held in trust pending successful implementation.
