Payment Plugin Needed for Ecommerce Website - API available

I have a startup company, the website is [login to view URL] A local mobile company has an e-wallet solution that has support for local mobile payment methods, visa, mastercard, amex etc. I want a plugin that integrates this payment solution into website's woocommerce platform. It should link website to mobile company's ready-made payment pages and redirect user to website once payment is done. Company has given me the API and the test environment codes etc. so all you have to do is linking this to website. This is confidential. Once paid the plugin should become my property. When updates needed, you should agree to work on it. I will give you administrator access to the website when needed. You must agree to work carefully and responsibly causing no damage to website. If you can develop this in your own server with woocommerce and wordpress, at the last stage we can go for website testing, although I am not sure if it will work. Should the plugin will cause errors during testing or latter stage, yo should agree to provide me with assistance. You should also agree to offer me modification and customization when I might need any. I will make an advanced payment for you to start, all will be settled when everything is done.
