PHP Script to Backup the database

I need a one page PHP script that will backup the database on click of a button and saves the .sql file on the server with the [login to view URL] file.
Have to use the PDO.
The filename should be stored in a MySQL table. Should be able to delete, download, please check how the screen will look [login to view URL]
Need this urgent so if you cannot work now, please do not waste my time, should be a simple script.
The script should work with my database on my server.
