Hello! You want me to build an E-Procurement Web App. that manage suppliers and public tenders of Which is published by PA. There are 3 types of users. 1. suppliers 2. PA users 3. Unauthenticated users My understanding: -- PA will publish or upload the tenders over the website. -- The suppliers or registered users can easily check the tenders and maybe download it. -- Even the suppliers and take participants in the tenders and fill the tenders -- If the user is not registered with the portal then they need to purchase a plan or subscription right? -- PA will check the supplier's bid after the tender closing date. -- PA will decide the winner of the tender bid.
